Bookings & Cancellations

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time.

  • Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in a cancellation fee.

Quality & Satisfaction

If you're not satisfied with your service:

  • You must notify us within 24 hours

  • We may offer a free re-clean, credit, or partial refund after review

  • Solutions are offered based on the nature of the issue and inspection results

Liability

Laundra is not liable for:

  • Pre-existing damage or wear

  • Unsecured valuable items

  • Delays or rescheduling caused by traffic, weather, or emergencies

  • Health or safety issues caused by unsafe environments at the service location

Our liability is limited to the cost of the original service.
